The hotel's location was very central, on the city north side so excellent overnight stop before heading north again. The room was new-fashioned & neat together with the bathroom, all the basics and modern art work.

Some of the staff were completely rude.

The rooms were new-fashioned, functional, came with the fan and a spacious shower, as example. The location for Rockhampton was favourable, short walk to all shopping venues and all entertainment venues and mall and Huge shopping center. It also was to a major shopping centre.

The place was reasonably priced. The total stay was fantastic on our road trip up to North QLD. The great location was next to Northside Plaza. The area was great so close to Stockland shopping centre and bus stops and all entertainment venues. Appreciated climate control, a cable TV with on-demand movies and a small fridge in the room. The food was fine and the staff were polite.

Liked the room with modern art work, my bed was very comfy. Location: the hotel was next to many delicious restaurants and takeaways and all shopping centres and food outlets.

Tidy rooms, I had really comfortable experience.

I stayed in the room that was freshly painted with modern art work and available with the better air con and the bathroom, for instance. The location was particularly good and handy for exploring this good area, just next door to Transport, shops and dining, Close to supermarket, and Easy to access after a long drive.

Location: the hotel was next to Easy to find and off the Bruce Highway walking distance to a shopping centre and shopping centers. Appreciated the room with the better air con, my bed was very comfy.

My tidy room was reasonably priced with four beds and the better air con, as example. The folks working here were exceptionally nice. The location in a good area was particularly good and handy and there were a big shopping center and shopping centers nearby. A great selection of options nearby, I visited eateries and bars close to the hotel.

The staff were pleasant and check-in was early. The location was marvellous and perfect, relatively close to Northside Plaza. A shopping area and a supermarket were right next door.

Spotless room, bed was neat plus there was a good-sized bathroom. Amazingly nice staff with excellent management and staff that were very good and kind, and facilities were clean here.

The staff were wonderful, especially the polite and friendly lady who checked us in. The location is convenient, being situated on the main highway in and out of town. The rooms were basic but comfortable, with all the necessary amenities and comfortable beds for a good night’s sleep.

One small aspect could be improved, but it didn't impact our overall experience.

During our romantic escape, we were delighted with the affordable cost and the tidy facilities of the hotel. The comfortable beds and fresh towels were very welcoming. We also appreciated the obliging and friendly staff, who worked hard to fulfill our requests.

We found the noise from the road to be terrible, and it affected our sleep during the night. the room cleanliness was not up to our standards.
